Meeting with clients and architects to bridge the gap between paper and the actual finished space. Supervising sub-contractors to ensure the "Finished Project" flows seemlessly and achieves the vision of the client. Space planning, specification drawings.

Real Estate Staging: 
Put your best foot forward when selling your home.  First impressions are essential.
 
The processes for Real Estate Staging starts with a walk through of the space, placing blue tape on things that are in need of repair. A list of suggested placement of items that will remain in the home during the selling processes to create the best overall ambiance and flow of the space. A list of items to be removed or organized in the space. A list of small low cost improvements that will increase the sale price and appeal of space.  ie: selection of paint colors, change in hardware or finishes, change in lighting.  This processes should take approximately 2 hours depending on the size of the home.
For do-it yourselfers we provide the lists and you do the work.
 
Do-It-Yourself Real Estate Staging Rate:
 
 
Full day full Real Estate Staging Service Rate:
Redesign of room and arrangment of accessories and small organizational projects, Placement of tape for repair, selection of colors and hardware changes. 
 
Supervision and cordinating painters and other improvements will be billed at a rate of an additional. 
 
 
Half  Day Re-Design service Rate:
for smaller  rooms  this includes re-design of rooms and arrangment of accessories.  Placement of Tape for repairs, selection of wall colors and small improvements. Supervision and cordinating painters and other improvements.
 
 
One Day Room Makeover:  Combining households, incorporating inherited or new items, downsizing or just want a fresh look.  We use  "designers secrets" and your existing furniture to create the new look and feel you have dreamed about.  Half day and full day packages available. Individual prices quoted after initial interview.
 
 
Move-in Services: Let the professionals organize and set up your house from the start.  This services has become a great value.  We will spend the day or a few days after your move-in working along side you on organizing your home.  Placing your furniture and accessories, sleceting and installing window coverings, arranging and installing your wall art.  Move in to a nice organized home immediatley.

Color Consultation: 
Need a fresh look.  It only take the right color.  Our color consultations are short and priceless.  We will select that perfect color for your room or your entire house to achieve the feel you desire.  We will also reccomend painters if you do not have your own.  Individual quotes after initial meeting.
 
 
Finishes Consultation:
Remodeling or purchasing a new home and need to select upgrades.  Save money by doing it right the first time.  This service includes a Designer for a day, or by the hour.  We will work alongside you in selecting finishes such as flooring, paint colors, hardware, light fixtures all the finishes to ensure your home is going in the direction you want to and to increase the value of your home.  This service will be billed at a rate hourly rate. Minimum selections will usually take as little as 1 hour Larger projects take longer.  Individual quotes will be given at initial meeting.  Save the headaches and mistakes by using a professional for a day.  It will save you money in the end.
 
 
Art and Accessory Placement :
Make your walls come alive with the help from a professional.  Placement is essential to making your home look like a designer house.  Let us help you correctly place your accessories and hang your wall out and accents.  Price will be quoted at time of initial meeting.

Holiday Makeover
 
Make the holidays easy and elegant with our Holiday or Event Make-over service.  We re-create your envirorment to create the right ambience and settingfor any occasion.  During the initial meeting we walk through the space and discuss the feeling you want to create we will leave you with a list of items you may need to accomplish this,  you can either go purchase these, borrow them from friends and family or
opt to have us shop for them.  Other items you already have on hand and would like us to use will need
to be left out the day of the scheduled setup.
